A-1 CDL School has monthly Career Day for our graduates and their friends. Many companies participate in our Career Day program to introduce them and to provide trucking industry information as well as employment opportunities. You might get an interview on the spot. This is open to anyone with or without the license who is interested in professional driving career with the Trucking industry. You don’t need a CDL license to participate in our career day. A-1 CDL Trailer Training’s graduates can choose from over 100 companies. Job placement ranges from local, regional, and over-the-road. Here are some of the companies our graduates can choose from: Werner Enterprises, TransAm, Motion Holdings, Swift Enterprises, Roehl, TMC, McElroy, Covenant, Atlantic Bulk Carriers, Pepsi, Coca-Cola, VA Concrete, Updike Industries, Huss, Marten, FFE, CR England, KLLM, Givens, U.S. Express, H.O. Wolding, AAA, and many more including regional, local, and short haul.

Most carriers offer tuition reimbursement to new drivers. On average, a new driver will receive $100-$200 per month over and above pay to help get back most, if not all, the money invested in training.
